Hallo,

Approximate Arrow Speed
You can use the following to work backwards from manufacturer
listed IBO specs, this will put you pretty close to chrono:
IBO Specs - 30" draw/70lb draw weight and a 350gr arrow.
For every inch of draw length you go down you will lose 10 FPS
For every 5# draw weight you go down you will lose 10 FPS
For every 3 grains of weight your arrow is over IBO ( 5 grains per pound) you will lose 1 FPS
For every 3 grains of weight you add to your string you will lose 1 FPS.

Und wenn ich mal so richtig böse bin:
Easton X7 2613, 28,5'', Björn Nock, Gewicht: 51g (730 Grain), V0: 44m/s (143 fps) E0: 48J
Put a chrono on my Helix/G3's,41lbs on the fingers, shooting Ace 570's with 100 grain piles. I got an average of 205 fps, thats a whole 10 fps faster than my previous set up (using slightly heavier arrows).
A few weeks ago I was getting about 179fps shooting my 31.5in 2114 XX75s at about 42lbs from my PSE Intrepid with Border XP10 Evolution limbs.
Pick a number between 210 and 215. Sight tape programs seem to like about 210 to give me good marks, chronos seem to say about 212-214. Go figure...
