A short summary in English: I didn't warm up properly when practising, and thus I have gotten myself into a small tendon injury (nothing serious though) when pulling the 135# bow. This was now a couple of weeks ago, and I didn't have a choice but to rest in order for my tendons to regenerate.
I recently picked up my 135#er up again, but since I had just about managed to get it into proper form when the injury happened, I have lost a bit of my strength now due to the forced resting period and can't pull it fully anymore currently.
But I am getting back into it, my tendons don't hurt anymore, so I should be able to get back to where I was soon
