Ben Pearson fiberglass takedown.
"High tension fiber glass, wound an cured on solid wood cores, makes an incomparably light weight bow of tremendous strength and cast. Completely sealed against climate and moisture."
"Unqualifiedly recommended by Howard Hill."
"This type of bow was only manufactured from 1954-1958."

I think the person at the left is Pearson.
Where did you get the photos? Do you collect catalogues?

The man on the catalog pics is Howard Hill, he promoted this kind of bows for the Pearson Company. The man on the left on this pic is Ben Pearson. Bild

EDIT: Sorry for double posting, I just looked on the first thumbnail pic, the pic with the archery shop is from me (Bill Negleys book "Archer in Africa"), I posted it on the Stickbow Leatherwall some weeks ago.

hallo together,

thank you or the pictures in this thread. It is the first time that I saw a picture from the man, who build my first own bow:

a Ben Pearson, Rogue (**)

I love it al lot, and sometimes I take it down from the wall and let arrows fly.

Benz Pearson ?:)

You can also see the original Negley, test shooting some arrows with Ben P.
Negley is still alive and about 90 years old now. He was quite a hunter, had taken the "Big Five" with bow and arrow.
He used for usually Bear recurves up to 120#.
