On all the good old paintings were certainly shown real "Selfbows".

Re: Love, Arts & Archery
Yumiya, I found out, it is quite possible to find any type of bow at any place in the world at any time. Except high tech tackle. The ancient Pharaos buyed amber from Germany...for ex. - a lot of trade and export business....in the old days of Cupido...

Re: Love, Arts & Archery
It's hard to find the topic (bow) in the last painting. It's almost a hidden object.
At first I thought the connection would be the wee-wee-bow
There are surely more potent quantities of archers in the performing art, and not only those small-dick boys.

Oh, be sure, that heavy duty archers you adore are existing..... an endangered species, but still around.

Love, Arts & Archery: Different Cupidos:
Cupido = (english: cupidity, lustfulness / german: Begierde, Lüsternheit)
But what does all this have to do with Archery? Isn't that just the simple abuse of the object BOW?

Re: Love, Arts & Archery
Cupido, or later Amor, is an archer, that's a fact, so he's a cheeky brother in arms ...we have to accept his shots..
)) Btw. I dislike that gay lookin', so called "Austrian Cupido", you posted, he's not nice. We wanted to stay with love, arts & archery - no? So far, archery contains a lot of lustfulness....and cupidity..

Re: Love, Arts & Archery
You're right, I don't like the Austrian Cupido too!
I just wanted to show the possibilities of abuse.

Re: Love, Arts & Archery
Let's be serious. None of this Cupido-Paintings has something to do with archery,
and this gay guy is alike abusing an utensil of archery.
