After very ugly, hot and bad summer with very little productivity here we go again.
After long, long waiting I made this bow for a friend. It is elm, 67" ntn with some character. This bow was heat treated and took very low set, about 1/2" after about 150 arrows at full draw and few hours on the brace. Not bad for narrow and thick stick. It looks like a pritty straight stave but if we look closer we will se a lot of small characters, bumps and waves. Because that I made second, dark pic, to see that details. I like colour of the heartwood very much. Because small reflex spot just above the handle it was little complicated to adjust the tiller (at least for me) but final result is good.
According to old rule of my country, when customer waits too long for its order then it is fair to get it free.
