Im from croatia, and where i live hazel is everywhere, so if it breaks i'll just get a better stave next time :) I'm not really going by any measurements, just trying to get anything from this stave will be a win in my book. So i have already made a hazel bow, 30# at 28 inches from a better stave than this one.
Im wondering if this stave is usable, it warped a lot during drying.
I was planning to shave a bit more wood and try steam bending it back a bit.
Any recommendations?
